How to Bake Amazing Pasta

Unlike the tebaked-pastander goodness of cooked pasta  when it is bake it has a tasty crispy crust.

In addition to being a hillbilly cook, I am also a navy cook and a Certified Sous Chef.

I learned the secret of baking pasta when I was in the Navy and then past this secret down to other hillbilly cooks.

Here is simple no-cook method of precooking the pasta. Just soak the pasta in warm salted water before adding it to the other ingredients and sliding the mixture into the oven. Here is what the presoaking does. it  begins hydrating the pasta and washing away some of the of starch. Also, the salt in the water pre-seasons the pasta.

Finally, do not add sauce to the pasta instead add the pasta to the sauce to pasta
